Day 4 of our Lifestyle Program

It's going great! Yesterday I did a health presentation on the "Acid/ Alkaline Connection" we did some fomentations, getting exercise, good healthy food, making poultices, and now I'm getting ready to teach a lecture on the Liver.

Did you know: Lemon is a wonderful appetite suppressant and one of the most alkaline foods that there is???
